By using BUZZ VPN, you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, write to @buzz_vpn_support — we'll help.

1. About the service

BUZZ VPN is a VPN service using the VLESS protocol over xray. You connect through the Telegram bot @buzzvpn_robot. The service operates across 33 countries on servers up to 10 Gbps.

2. Subscription and payment

Two plans are available: Ultimate (up to 6 devices) and Family (up to 12 devices), for periods from 7 days to 1 year. Payment methods: bank card, Fast Payment System, cryptocurrency, or Telegram Stars. The subscription activates once payment is received.

3. Free trial

Every new user can activate a 3-day trial. When the trial ends, access stops unless a paid subscription is purchased.

4. Refunds

A refund is possible in three cases:

1. Payment error (e.g. double charge or wrong amount).
2. The service was not fully provided or did not match the described features.
3. The service was unavailable due to our technical fault for more than 72 hours in a row.

Review and refund period is up to 7 business days. To submit a request, write to @buzz_vpn_support.

5. User responsibilities

You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, not to share your VLESS key beyond your plan's device limits, and to comply with the laws of your country.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". BUZZ VPN is not responsible for disruptions caused by ISPs, mobile operators or regulators.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at /terms/. Substantial changes are announced in the Telegram channel @buzz_chanel.
